Ross: Robert John –
A resident of Merlin, Robert Ross passed away at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance December 23, 2020 at the age of 65.
Born in Chatham, Bob was the son of the late Robert and Lorna (Sykes) Ross.
Beloved husband to the late Lori Ross (nee Chambers).
Step father to Sean Nicholas and Uncle to Wayne Ross (Sandy Smyth) and Jeff Ross (Lisa Ellis). Great Uncle to Kyle Ross.
Brother in law to Lisa Chambers and close friend to Julie Angiolillo.
Bob is predeceased by his step son Danny Nicholas and brother Bill Ross.
Bob is also survived by his mother in law Helen Lehmann (Fred Lehmann) and father in law Ken Chambers, with whom he looked forward to attending the yearly Michigan Nascar races.
Bob was a farmer in the Merlin, South Buxton area all his life while working at Pioneer in Chatham-Kent.
He will be remembered and missed by many life long friends.
Cremation has taken place and a celebration of his life will take place at a later date.
Donations made in memory of Robert to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or Canadian Diabetes Association would be appreciated.
