We sadly announce the passing of Bill on Thursday January 14, 2021.
Survived by his wife, Frances Moir, daughters Paulette and Sarah and granddaughter Sofia.
Bill was loved and admired by his family, including his sisters, nieces, nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews. Bill was one of the world’s most wise, loving and generous men. He put a smile on the face of everyone he met. He was the best husband and father and we are forever grateful to have been loved by him. Celebration of Life will take place after the Covid-19 lockdown. Any donations in remembrance can be made to the Covenant House.
