Betty Joan Davis Stillman Wednesday April 14th 2021

Davis, Betty (nee Stillman)
Betty Davis passed away peacefully on April 14, 2021.
Loving mother of Sharon (Rob) Donald. Predeceased by husband Mancel Davis.
Betty grew up on a farm near Enniskillen with her parents George and Vera Stillman. They moved to Oshawa where Betty attended O’Neill Collegiate and Vocational Institute.
Betty had a 42 year career with Bell Canada. Early in her career she worked in Port Hope, Bradford and Barrie managing the switch from operator handled calls to dial. Eventually she settled in Oshawa. After her retirement she volunteered tirelessly with both the Canadian Baton Twirling Federation and Ontario Baton Twirling Association. Many friends from these organizations will miss her.
Betty enjoyed travel, accompanying Mancel to Supermodified car races in Oswego, New York. They also travelled south numerous times both for races and interest. Betty travelled to many venues in Canada and a trip to Europe for baton events.
