Murovec, Berta:
Passed away on July 10, 2021 at Kitchener, at the age of 87.
Predeceased by her husband Silvo Murovec. Loving mother to Traudi Gibson,
Robert Murovec (Christine) and Fred Murovec (Nancy). Cherished grandmother of Crystal Gibson, Donald John Gibson, Lee Murovec, Stephanie Murovec, Lindsay Murovec, Brock Murovec and Brandy Murovec. Great grandmother of Noah Gibson.
Predeceased by her brother Eddie Tratnik, Berta is survived by her siblings Joseph Tratnik, Eda Kurath, Olga Gratze and Sonja Laznik. Berta was a long time member of the Sava Club and will be missed by all whose lives she touched.
Berta’s family will receive relatives and friends from 4:00 pm to 6:30 pm on Wednesday, July 14, 2021 at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467. A private Funeral Liturgy will follow. Those wishing to attend Berta’s visitation must RSVP at the funeral home website or by telephone. Cremation to take place.
