Beatrice Stella Demmons 2021

Obituary of Beatrice Stella Demmons
It is with great sadness the family of Beatrice Stella Demmons announces her passing on Monday, November 8th, after a long illness at the Northern Lights Regional Health Centre, at the age of 73 years.
Beatrice was born in Minto, New Brunswick on February 3rd, 1948 and was predeceased by her Mother Dorothy (nee Stewart), Father Gamaliel, and Niece Ayanna. She will be forever missed by her Sisters Linda and Ella (Paul) and Brothers Harold (Pamela), Roy (Debra), and James (Laurine), along with Nieces Tami, Deanna, Janine, and Robin and Nephew’s Mike, Paul, Brian, Steven, and Tony.
Beatrice was a storyteller and was the keeper of the family history. She knew all our relatives, both on the Demmons and Stewart side of the family, and kept in touch with many. Beatrice loved to knit and sew and was an excellent seamstress, running her own business (Busy Bea’s) for many years. She loved doing things for her family and friends and along with her sister Linda knitted and crocheted hats for newborn babies and cancer victims. She also spent numerous hours creating cookbooks from recipes she found in magazines and books for her nieces.
Throughout her life, even after major events that affected her mobility and challenges with diabetes; her faith and belief in a better tomorrow never faltered.
