Antonia died peacefully with her son and daughter by her side on Monday night March 15, 2021 at Strathroy Middle General Hospital in her 92nd year. Antonia was born on August 22, 1929 in The Netherlands. Beloved wife of the late Johannes (John) Hoevenaars (2015). Loving mother of Paul (Christi) Hoevenaars, and Diana (Bill) Farwell. Cherished Oma to Heather (Keith) Noble, Michael Farwell, Julie-Anne (Jaymar) Bulk, Sean Farwell, Jesse (Lindsay) Hoevenaars and Patrice (Cody) Farwell Brown. Great Oma of 10 1/2 great grandchildren. Dear sister of Trees Van der Kallen, Anne Van Zutphen, Tineke Knoop, and Nettie Van Geffen, all in The Netherlands. Predeceased by her sister and two brothers. Many thanks to the Spucedale Care Center for their amazing care of Mom over the last 18 months. Antonia will be deeply missed as she was loved dearly by all who knew her.
Private family services will be held on Friday, March 19th at 1 pm. Those wishing to join the family virtually please CLICK HERE. Please log on 10 minutes prior. Interment in St. Peter’s Cemetery. Donations to Make A Wish Foundation would be appreciated.
