Baker, Anthony “Tony” Ronald
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of Tony on Wednesday, February 10, 2021 in his 74th year. He is survived by his beloved and best friend, Rose (nee Wyatt), his daughters Sarah Martsen (Mark) and Lynsey Baker (Phillip), both of England, step-son Darren Mullin of Hamilton, grandchildren Chelsey, Ellis, Layton and Imogen, and sister Meg Baker (Richard) of England. He will also be missed by his sister-in-law Heather Wende (John). Tony will always be remembered for his sense of humour, he always had a story or a joke to tell. He lived life to the fullest, whether it was doing projects around the house or working on many of his hobbies with the 3 D printer that he built. His love of music is proven by the many guitars that are displayed on the walls, the drum set all all his music amplifiers. He loved photography, traveling, cycling, golfing and just staying fit.
While working on his masters degree in Physics, he won the Prizemen award for being top of his class. He was amazingly brilliant in all that he did. He will be greatly missed by many!
Until we meet again , you will always be in our hearts ♥♥
To honour Tony’s wishes, cremation will take place. If desired, memorial contributions to the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be sincerely appreciated by the family. Arrangements entrusted to SMITH’S FUNERAL HOME, STONEY CREEK (905-664-4222). www.smithsfh.com
