BROWN, Anthony S. – Passed away peacefully, at the Welland Hospital on Tuesday, October 19, 2021 in his 81st year. Born at home on December 7, 1940 – a strapping 10-pound baby – he was a big presence all his life! He lived his life to the fullest, worked hard, played hard and traveled extensively. He was predeceased by his loving wife Irene Ruby Brown (nee Wasas) in 2011. He was the loving father of Corena Schirru (Enrico), Anthony G. Brown (Vickie) and Dean Brown (Renée). Cherished grandfather of Alyssa Di Lallo, Anthony Schirru, Allix Laurence, Mitchell, Austin and Holly Brown. He just was just recently bestowed with the precious honor of becoming the great grandfather of Roman Di Lallo and Ada Schirru. He was the dear brother of Bernadette Boden, Richard Brown, and Christopher Brown. He was predeceased by his parents Harry and Miriam Brown, and son James Patrick Brown. Visitation will be held at H.L. Cudney Funeral Home, 241 West Main Street, Welland, on Friday, October 29, 2021 from 10:00 am to noon. Interment to follow at Doan’s Ridge Cemetery.
