Obituary for Anneliese Bandorf
Anneliese (Anne) Bandorf
March 28, 1928 – December 6, 2021
Anne Bandorf passed away peacefully on December 6, 2021 at the age of 93 at Trillium Health Partners – Mississauga Hospital.
Born in Stuttgart, Germany, Anne was the beloved wife of John Paul Bandorf for 67 years, loving sister of the late Ruth Anhauser (late Bernd), cherished mother of Peter (Linda) and Karen (Chris), proud grandmother to Robert (Kara), Kristen (Michael), Carlyn (Johnathan) and Teigan, great grandmother to Everett, Ayden, Mayson, Philip, Patrick and Emerson, and Aunt to Michael (Heike).
Anne spent her life dedicated to her husband and children. Not only was she an avid gardener and loved growing orchids, Anne’s real passion was cooking, baking and entertaining friends and family.
Anne was a remarkable woman and mother. She will be missed dearly by all who were fortunate enough to know her, and her memories will live on in all of us.
Anne most recently resided at Palermo Village Retirement Residence in Oakville, Ontario. Anne’s request to be cremated without an attending service will be honoured, and a Burial at Sea will take place in the future.
