KERNOHAN, Anne Shirley (nee Banner)
March 4, 1935 – September 17, 2021
On Friday, September 17, 2021, Anne was reunited in Heaven with her beloved husband Glen on their 66th wedding anniversary. She will be remembered by all who knew her as a kind, gentle, friendly lady – small in stature but strong in spirit, unwavering in her loyalty and love for others, steadfast in her faith. She passed away peacefully at Good Samaritan Nursing Home at the age of 86, surrounded with love and with family by her side. Devoted mother to Mary Anne, Jim, William and Violeta. Cherished grandmother to MacGregor, Glen, Pamela, Camilla, Vanessa and Chase. Loving aunt to many nieces and nephews and their children. Dear to her wonderful neighbours and cherished by her closest friends – old and new. Anne was pre-deceased by her husband Glen, parents Frank and Annie, and siblings Mary, Loreen, Frank and Myrna. For those who wish, donations to Alliston & District Humane Society, Parkinson Canada or Tottenham United Church would be sincerely appreciated.
