Anna LeBlanc
1944-2021
Anna LeBlanc, 77, of Bouctouche, passed away peacefully, surrounded by
her family, at the DR Georges-L-Dumont UHC, on Sunday December 12,
2021. She was married to the love of her life Desire LeBlanc for 58
years. Born in Acadieville, she was the daughter of the late Adolphe
and the late Laudia (Arsenault) Barrieau.
She will be sadly missed by her husband Desire, her children; Janice
Cormier (Yvon Jr) of Milton, ON, Michael «Mike» of
Bouctouche, her grandsons; Joel, Martin and Michael whom she adored.
She also leaves to mourn one sister, Jeannette McCaie (Yvon) of
Gardner, Mass and several nieces and nephews.
Anna was predeceased by her brother, Joseph.
Visitations will be held at the Maillet Funeral Home, 29 rue de
l’Eglise, Bouctouche, on Wednesday December 15, 2021 from 1:00
pm to 2:30 pm. The Funeral Mass will be held in the
Saint-Jean-Baptiste Roman Catholic Church, Bouctouche on Wednesday
December 15, 2021 at 3:00pm.
In Anna’s memory a donation can be made to the Heart and Stroke
Foundation.
The family would like to thank the staff of the Stella-Maris-de-Kent
Hospital for the care she received through the years, the extra-mural
staff for all the home visits, and a special thank you to the Surgical
ICU at the Dr Georges-L-Dumont for making her last days comfortable,
thank you Audrey and Dr Remi LeBlanc. We are forever grateful.
PROOF OF VACCINATION, ID AND FACE MASK ARE MANDATORY AT THE FUNERAL
HOME AND THE CHURCH AS PER PUBLIC HEALTH GUIDELINES.
