LANDRY, Ann Marie (nee McIver) –
The death occurred peacefully at the Prince County Hospital,
Summerside, on Thursday, April 22, 2021 of Ann Landry (nee McIver),
aged 70 years. Beloved wife of Ronald Landry. Ann was born in Newton,
daughter of the late Aidan and Ethel McIver. Wonderful mother of Amy
(Tabesh) Doss and Scott Landry (Cassandra Mellish). Loving Grammie of
Arya and Aanya Doss. Ann was a warm and loving soul; her laugh was
infectious, and she always had a smile on her face and cared so much
for the people around her which made her an exemplary nurse for over
30 years at the Prince County Hospital. Ann is also survived by her
sisters and brothers Margaret (Maurice) Hammill, Elizabeth McIver,
William (Isabel) McIver, David (Sylvia) McIver, Donald (Arleen)
McIver, Fred (Donna) McIver and Paula Aylward; her sisters and
brothers-in-law Hanny (Carl) MacLeod, Myra (Chris) Vriends, Arnold
(Pam) Landry, Katherine (Doug) LeLacheur and Stephanie Cooke-Landry.
She will be sadly missed by her many nieces, nephews, and cousins, and
numerous friends and acquaintances. Predeceased by her parents; father
and mother-in-law Alfred and Christina Landry; and her brothers-in-law
Leslie Hammill, William Aylward and Robert Landry. Resting at the
Moase Funeral Home, Summerside, for private visitation for family
only. Funeral Mass to be held at St. Paul’s Church,
Summerside for family and invited guests only. Interment in St.
Paul’s Cemetery, Summerside. Memorial donations can be made
to the Prince County Hospital Foundation – Pediatric Unit or The Boys
and Girls Club of Summerside.
