Anita Cormier
1925-2021
Anita Cormier, 95, of Saint-Antoine passed away peacefully, surrounded
by her family at the UHC Dr Georges-L Dumont, Moncton on Wednesday
March 31, 2021. She was married to the late Edmond Cormier (2013).
Born in Memramcook, she was the daughter of the late Alphée and
the late Hermeline (Gaudet) Bourgeois.
She will be sadly missed by her four children; Rachelle
Bourque-Langille (Scott) of Pictou, NS, Murielle Melanson (Omer) of
Sainte-Marie-de-Kent, Charles (Karen) of Moncton and Normand (Diane)
of Bouctouche, her seven grandchildren; Philippe, Darlene, Nadine,
Stephanie, Tammy, Kevin, Jessica, her nine great grandchildren and one
great great granddaughter. She also leaves to mourn one sister
Jeannita LeBlanc (Rhéal) of Aldouane as well as several nephews
and nieces.
Anita was predeceased by three sisters; Marguerite, Juliette, Marie
and three brothers; Willie, Alfred and Vital.
Due to the covid-19 pandemic restrictions, a private visitation and a
private funeral Mass will be celebrated at a later date. Interment
will be in the Saint-Antoine l’Ermite RC Cemetery in the
spring.
