Alyre Landry 2021

Alyre Landry, husband of the late Norma (Ferron) Landry of East Side Special Care Home passed away Saturday December 18, 2021 at Miramichi Regional Hospital, at the age of 84.
Born in Rogersville NB, he was the son of the late Joachim and Regina (Henri) Landry. He was a retired laborer at Acadia Pulp & Paper and a member of St. Mary’s Roman Catholic Church.
He is survived by two sons, Edward Landry and Byron Landry both of Miramichi, step daughters, Theresa Savoie (Serge) of Miramichi, Diane Hamilton of Halcomb, Adele Belanger (Vernon) of Miramichi, Mariette Furlong (Steven) of Cassilis and Jeanine Ferron of Lower Newcastle, two steps sons, Claude Ferron (Cathy) of Miramichi and Ronald Ferron of Moncton, three sisters, Carmel Savoie of Beaverbrook, Debbie Brideau (Albain) of Miramichi and Angeline Landry of Nova Scotia, one brother Norman Landry, and numerous step grandchildren.
At the request of Alyre there will be no visitation. The Funeral Service will be held Tuesday December 21, at 3 p.m. at Davidson’s Funeral Home Chapel, with Father John Keopughan officiating. Burial will be in St. Mary’s Roman Catholic Cemetery in the spring.
In memory of Alyre, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or Alzheimer’s Society would be appreciated.
The family would like to thank East Side Special Care Home, Dr. Chris, and the Palliative Care Unit of Miramichi Regional Hospital.
Please Note: Covid-19 Protocols will be followed at the funeral service. Mask, Social Distancing, Hand Sanitizing and proof of Vaccination and identification are mandatory.
