1952-2021
Alyre Guimond passed away from a brief illness on Tuesday,
August 3, 2021 at The Moncton Hospital. Born in Rexton he
was the son of Roger and Elodie (Fontaine) Guimond.
Alyre was a member of the United Brotherhood of Carpenters
and Joiners of America. He was known as a jack-of-all-trades
and carpentry was his passion. He also had a great love for
dogs.
He is survived by his brothers Paul and Richard and their
families; aunts Laurette and Annie and many cousins and
friends.
Cremation has taken place at Cobb’s Funeral Home
and Cremation Center, 330 Whitepine Road, Riverview
(869-2007). A private service will be held at a later
date. Donations may be made to a charity of the
donor’s choice. Online condolences may be
