Alyre Daigle
1946-2021
ALDOUANE, NB – Joseph Alyre Daigle, 74, of Aldouane
passed away peacefully at the Stella-Maris-de-Kent Hospital,
Ste-Anne-de-Kent on Sunday, April 11th, 2021.
Born in Aldouane, he was the son of the late Jean-Luc and
Edmée (Richard) Daigle. Early in his career, Alyre worked
as a projectionist for the Cineparc in Ste-Anne-de-Kent and the Pine
Theatre in Richibucto and later on in life retired as an animal
control officer.
Alyre leaves to mourn his loving wife, Elizabeth (Richard)
Daigle; his three daughters, Hélène Bourque
(Benoît) of Dieppe, Rosalie Daigle and Joanne Daigle, both
of Richibucto; one son, Jean-Charles Daigle of Richibucto; as well as
his three grandchildren, Isabelle, Samuel and Karianne.
He will also be sadly missed by his special nephew, Roger
Robichaud of Moncton, as well as by his many other nieces and
nephews.
Besides his parents, Alyre was predeceased by an infant
granddaughter, Janika Daigle and two sisters, Obéline
Daigle-Vautour and Thérèse
Robichaud.
As per Alyre’s wishes, there will be no visitation
at the funeral home. A private graveside service will be held at a
later date.
