Alvin Murray Marks
It is with great sadness that the family of Alvin Murray Marks announces his passing at the Connaigre Peninsula Health Care Center at Harbour Breton on Tuesday, November 23, 2021, age 60 years of Harbour Breton.
Alvin leaves to mourn his loving family: brothers, Wilson Marks and Darrell Marks, with whom he resided all his life, both at Harbour Breton; sisters, Violet (Winston Davis) at Boston, Mass., Roberta (Arch Rose) and Bernice (Frank Rose), all at Hermitage; brothers in law, Roy Morris at Grand Bank and Lesley Skinner at Hermitage; special nieces, Marie McDonald at Hermitage and Karen Loveless at Seal Cove; plus a circle of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
Alvin was predeceased by his parents, Esau and Agnes Marks; sisters, Linda Tibbo, Elsie Morris, Ada Skinner and Marie Marks; brother, Calvin Marks; brother in law, Reginald Tibbo; nephew, Willie Tibbo.
Visitation will take place on Thursday, November 25 and Friday, November 26 at Spencer’s Funeral Home at Harbour Breton from 12:00 noon to 5:00 pm both days. COVID-19 regulations will be followed.
Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, November 27, 2021 at 2:00 pm from Spencer’s Funeral Home Chapel at Harbour Breton with Rev. Bruce Vallis officiating. Interment will follow at the Anglican Cemetery, Harbour Breton.
