Alvin Charles Cole 2021

Alvin Charles Cole passed away in his 87th year at Collingwood General and Marine Hospital on May 22, 2021. Loving husband of 61 years to June. Predeceased by brothers Ted (Marge) Cole, Keith Cole, Paul (Marie) Cole, Glen Cole, and Sisters Dorothy (Burt) Lanktree and Audrey (Knute) Knutson.
Dearly remembered by Sister Wilda (Dennis) Camplin and sister in law Marilyn Cole. Cherished brother in law of Betty and Ron Banks, Lola and Wayne Hosberger. Predeceased by Velma and Del Talbot, Ruby Cole, Lorne and Mary Hosberger, Vernie and Gertie Hosberger. Also fondly remembered by many loving nieces and nephews and wonderful neighbors.
Al will be remembered as an avid reader, walking encyclopedia and a great debater. Al took pride in his property, one could rarely find a dandelion growing! In the winter months Al would be out clearing snow from his driveway as well as his neighbors. Al had many little furry friends in his backyard that would come out to greet him every morning, don’t worry Uncle Al we shall all take turns feeding the farm.
You will be greatly missed and loved by all.
There will be a private cremation and in lieu of flowers donations can be made to Hospice Georgian Triangle Campbell House.
