The family announces with sorrow his passing on Sunday, September 19, 2021 at Extendicare Timmins at the age of 92 years. Beloved husband to the late Jeanne d’Arc Martin (nee Ducharme). Loving father to Normand Martin (Suzanne), Philippe Martin (Diane Pharand) and Lynda Vincent (Roger). Cherished grandfather to Renee, Joelle, Lee-Charles, Adrien, Carine and Jason. Loving great-grandfather to Hunter, Haven, Lea Lee, Sophie and Maxime. Dear brother-in-law to Lorenza Sicard, Lillianne Tourigny and Richard Ducharme (Debbie). He is predeceased by his daughter Therese Martin, his parents Richard and Josephine Martin, sister Laurette Durocher, brother Remi, daughter-in-law Dorothy Martin, parents-in-law Mathias and Marie Ducharme brothers and sisters-in-law Fernand Monette, Maurice Durocher, Henri Babin, Carol Martin, Lucienne & Julien Guillemette, Regina & Lucien Courville, Ernest Ducharme, Reginald & Jeanne d’Arc Ducharme, Rejean Courchesne, Vincent Sicard, Romeo Tourigny and Karen Ducharme. Respecting his wishes, cremation has taken place. Funeral arrangements are entrusted to LESSARD-STEPHENS Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, remembrance donations to a charity of your choice would be greatly appreciated.
