ANDERSON, Alice Evelyn (nee: McNiven)
August 1, 1929-April 3, 2021
(Former employee of Bell Telephone Engineering; Longtime member of Forest Home United Church, Sunday School Superintendent)
After a fall, and a brief stay at Soldiers’ Memorial Hospital, Orillia, we lost our mom, grandma, sister, friend. She lived a good long life and we will miss her spunky spirit, her stubbornness and her quirky way of loving us! Alice Anderson, of Oro-Medonte, beloved wife of the late Jack Anderson. Loving mother of David Anderson & wife Elizabeth and Joan Kelly & husband Russell, all of Rugby. Predeceased by daughter-in-law Janine. Cherished grandmother of Iain (Amanda), Rachel (Derek), Samuel and Bronwen. Dear sister of her twin Ada Johnston & husband Art (both predeceased), Neil McNiven of Coulson and wife Jean (predeceased), Dorothy Millar of Shanty Bay & husband Michael (predeceased). Fondly remembered by her many nieces and nephews. Friends and relatives will be received at the Mundell Funeral Home, 79 West St. N., Orillia, on Friday, April 9th from 1-4 PM and 6-9 PM by appointment.
