Obituary
It is with a heavy heart that the family of Alfred Jopling announces his passing on March 16, 2021 after succumbing to cancer, at the age of 82. Al will be remembered for his love of jokes, storytelling, and animals along with his contributions to the community of Kinmount. We are not sure which was bigger, his heart or his sweet tooth. He will be remembered lovingly by his wife of 60 years, Florence. Predeceased by his parents Alfred and Christina Jopling, and brother Michael. Al will also be fondly remembered by his sister, Sylvia (Gordon), sister-in-law Dora (Jack), brother-in-laws Ted (Marg), Albert and Wayne (Lynn); and many nieces and nephews on both sides of his family.
A private Memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 20, 2021 at 2:30pm at the Lakeland Funeral Home located at 19 Moose Rd, Lindsay Ontario.
There will also be access to the service by ZOOM.
