With profound sadness, we announce the passing of Alexander Duncan McKinnon at his home at the age of 90 years. Sandy was born April 11, 1931 to parents Matthew and Mary McKinnon in the Vermilion, AB area. Predeceased by his loving wife Irene Gwendolyn McKinnon in 2014, they were able to spend 60 years of marriage together. Also gone before him were 7 of his 8 siblings and son-in-law, Mike Rooney.
