It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Alex Simpson on December 15, 2021, at the age of 52 years. Beloved husband of 22 years to Rachel. Loving father of Jesse, Tyler and Breanna. Dear son of Roger and Regina, brother of Diana and Christina and Uncle to Jacob. He loved working on projects around the house and was always looking to make improvements. He loved his family and would do anything for them. Special thanks to the Hamilton Police for their sincerity and care. Visitation will be held at P.X. DERMODY FUNERAL HOME, 796 Upper Gage Ave., on Monday, December 20th from 2-5pm. Anyone wishing to attend the visitation must RSVP by calling the funeral home at 905-388-4141. Everyone must wear a mask and practice social distancing. A private family service will be held.
