Peacefully at home, Aldene passed away on October 4, 2021, in her 86th year.
Aldene is survived by her two daughters, Debbie and Lyle Everets and Kim and Dennis Hartwick. She is lovingly remembered by her grandchildren, Melanie and George, Kevin and Sandra, Tim and Karina, Matt and Casie, Mike and Julia, and Mark and Deanna. Nanny loved her twelve great-grandchildren, Amelia, Owen, Aksel, Evelyn, Noah, Harm, Blake, Brett, Logan, Max, Caden and Mason. She will be sadly missed by her constant canine companion, Keisha, and her extended family.
She is predeceased by her husband Jim Marshall (1982), her partner Jack Blake (2014), and parents, Lawrence Klein and Mildred (Platten) Carter.
Aldene worked in Cayuga as a computer operator for the Town of Haldimand until her retirement. Earlier, she worked in Dunnville for many years at Wabasso/Dominion Fabrics.
A private family graveside service will be held at Cayuga Riverside Cemetery, arrangements made by Miller Funeral Chapel, Cayuga. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to the charity of your choice.
