Al Hamilton Monday January 25th 2021

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Al Hamilton on January 25th, 2021 after a long and courageous battle with cancer. He will be lovingly missed by his soulmate of 40 years, Kim Hamilton, his daughter, Whitney Evans (Blake), his son Ben Hamilton (Chelsea Johnson) and his four grandsons Joe, Chet, Huck and Milo who were so important to him. Al is survived by his parents Allan and Marie Hamilton, his siblings and many nieces and nephews. He will be fondly remembered for his love of the outdoors, music, sports and life in general. We will miss his contagious smile, sharp sense of humour and most of all his kind heart. A mentor, coach and friend to many, Heaven truly gained another angel. A Celebration of Life will be held at a future date when Covid restrictions have eased. Donations in Al’s memory can be made to the Belleville General Hospital Foundation – Oncology Department and Ducks Unlimited. Online condolences and donations at www.wartmanfuneralhomes.com

  1. I knew Al for just under a year in the workplace, but I was looking forward to working with Al more in the years to come. Kingston lost a good man. Praying for you and your family in this time of grief. Thanks again for helping us on our last project, Al! Rest in peace.
