Obituary of Susan Eileen Grenier
Grenier, Susan Eileen
It is with deep sadness that we announce the sudden passing of our beloved wife, sister, mother, and grandmother. Susan Eileen (Cornthwaite) Grenier passed away at the Hawkesbury General Hospital on Wednesday, April 21,2021 at the age of 73. She was one of the sweetest, kindest people to ever have been a part of our lives.
Loving wife of 53 years to Jean-Marc Grenier. Proud and caring mother to Chantal Grenier-Obas (Michael Obas) and Caroline Grenier (Robert Cyr). Cherished grandmother of Carter and Logan Cyr. Dearly loved sister of Carol Purdy (Michael).
She will also be dearly missed by her friends in the Art Community, with whom she spent many of her happiest moments.
A Celebration of Susan’s life will be held privately with family and friends at a later date.
In memoriam donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or honour Susan by supporting local artists.
Special thanks to the ICU Staff at the HGH for the caring end-of-life treatment of our beloved mother during her last days with us.
A Tree of Remembrance will be planted for Susan in the McAlpine Forever Forest, to plant a tree please visit www.treesofremembrance.com
