Jim walker passed away at the R.K. MacDonald Nursing Home on Sunday April 11 2021 in his 79th year. He is survived by his partner, Anne Marie; sisters Colleen, Maureen and Pat; and many nephews and nieces. He was predeceased by his mother, June and brother, Mike.
Jim was a truck driver for over 55 years and loved fishing, camping, boating and the Toronto Blue Jays. He was optimistic and impulsive and that led to many amusing stories. He was also a member of the R.C.L. Branch #37 Guysborough.
As per Jim’s wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be no service. Donations can be made to Forget Me Not Animal Rescue Society forgetmenotanimals@gmail.com. Arrangements are under the care and direction of Green’s Funeral Home, 507 Bernard St., Port Hawkesbury.
