Annie Kotylak
It is with great sadness the Kotylak Family announces on April 7, 2021, Annie Kotylak of Waskatenau, AB passed away at the age of 90 years.
Annie is survived by her four children, Donna (Alex) Toronchuk, Johnny (Debbie) Kotylak, Janice (Dan) Hancharuk and Daniel (Michelle) Kotylak; ten grandchildren, Todd (Jennifer) Toronchuk, Cranston (Shanda) Toronchuk, Quinton Toronchuk, Bradly Kotylak, James Kotylak, Karlee (Dustin) Fister, Tina (Dawson) Long, Sandy (James) Eccles, Spencer Kotylak and Dexter Kotylak; 10 great-grandchildren, Drake, Kaden, Gabriella, Stryker, Brixton, Morgan, Danee, Devy, Caleb and Boston; sister, Emily Tallas; and many nieces, nephews, and a large extended family. She was predeceased by her husband, John; brother, John; sister, Helen and parents, George and Tillie Melnyk.
The Kotylak Family would like to extend their gratitude for the care and kindness given to Annie to Dr. Anton Raubenheimer and the staff at the George McDougall Health Care Centre in Smoky Lake. Thank you: you are all angels among us and she truly appreciated all of you while she was in your care.
Divine Liturgy Saturday, April 17, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. at Descent of the Holy Spirit Ukrainian Catholic Church, Waskatenau, Alberta.
