Cécile Roy (Lafortune)
It is with heavy hearts that the family announces the passing of an amazing woman on April 11, 2021. Beloved daughter of Aldège and Fabiana (née Bédard) Lafortune, both deceased. Cherished wife of the late Maurice Roy. Loving mother of Constance (Pierre), late Michel, Pauline (Marcel), Rose-May (Raymond), late Donald (Estelle), Clément (Germaine), Marie-Claire (Normand), Edmond (Diane), Sylvio (Diane), Odette and Julie (Denis). She will be sadly missed by her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, her siblings, relatives and friends. A special thank you to the staff at Extendicare York for taking good care of our mother. There will be no service or visitation due to Covid-19 but a celebration of life will take place at a later date.
