FOLKES, Ronald – Passed away peacefully at Hamilton General Hospital on Friday April 9, 2021 at the age of 74. Beloved husband of Jeff Nguyen. Caring uncle of Kadie (Mark) Yeung. Predeceased by his parents Jacob and Vera Folkes, and his sister June Folkes. Ron was a respected lawyer practicing in Brampton for 45 years. He enjoyed opera, classical music, theater and he had an affinity for classic cars. In Ron’s spare time he enjoyed traveling and tending to his vegetable and flower gardens at his country farmhouse in Niagara Falls. He will be remembered for his compassion, kindness, generosity and his quick-witted humour.
Cremation has taken place.
Due to current pandemic restrictions a celebration of Ron’s life will take place at a later date. Arrangements entrusted to MORSE & SON FUNERAL HOME, 5917 Main Street, Niagara Falls.
