‘It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of Larry Arthur Ross on Monday, March 29, 2021.
Beloved husband of almost 60 years to Lois Ross (Rosevear), caring father to the late Tim Ross (Kara) and Jennifer Ross, loving grandpa to Shannon and Amber (Joey). Cherished brother to Bill (Marg), Pat, and Doug (Mary). An adored brother-in-law to the late Karen Meher (Frank) and Doug (Isabelle). Dear uncle to Meghan (Jay), Colin (Diana), Rebecca (Mike), Jordan, Sheri (Brent), Ken (Cara), Laurie (Todd), Kathy (Paul). A treasured friend to the Gilmour’s, the Phillipson’s, the Pioveson’s, the Brady’s, Sharan Delaney, the Beatties, Dick Dyer, the Power’s, the McKnight’s, Rita and Don, Bruce Lemon, the Hovi’s, the Snell’s, the Newton’s. Larry will also be sorely missed by his former coworkers at the London Police Department and his Cherryhill coffee buddies, along with all his cousins.
Larry was a loving husband, father, grandpa, neighbour, and friend. He was happiest when he spent his days at the Six Mile Lake cottage surrounded by his family – where he shared his stories and had many laughs.
A celebration of life will be held at a later time this summer where we can raise a toast to Larry and his son, Tim.

  1. To Lois and all of Larry’s family, we want to express our sympathy for your loss. A great man will be missed by all. Although we did not spend a lot of time with Larry, anytime we did spend together was special. Larry was always enthusiastic. He was warm, intelligent, fun, interesting and a pleasure to be with. We will both always miss him!
