Obituary of James Michael Hewitt
It is with heartfelt sorrow we announce James “Jim” Michael Hewitt of Erie Beach passed away peacefully at home, with the love of his life and his children by his side, on Sunday, March 7, 2021 in his 80th year.
Beloved husband of Judith (nee Mahon).
Loving father to Charlene Symula (Jamie) of Oakfield NY, Lisa Hannah (Glen) of London ON, Jimmy (Jennifer) of London ON, Candace MacDermid (Jay) of London ON, and Donald of Kitchener ON.
Cherished grandfather to Colin, Kyra, Riley, Nickolas, Michael, Roman, Rebecca, Luke, Aidan, Lilah, Connor, Nathan, and Liam.
Jim is also survived by his brother Paul and sisters Linda Bree (the late John) and Liz Maniuk (Bob).
Predeceased by his parents Frank and Muriel Hewitt (nee Morgan), brother Gerry, and sister Judy Gagnon.
A special thank you to Dr. Don Hastings for all of your care and assistance in his final days.
A Private Funeral Mass, for family, will be held at St Mary’s Roman Catholic Church, Blenheim.
