Obituary
HOBDAY, Terrance John. Long Time Educator, Member of Royal Arthur Masonic Lodge and Lieutenant, CIC, Canadian Armed Forces.
Peacefully at Hospice Peterborough on February 22, 2021. Terry, beloved husband of 43 years to Ann (nee Brakeboer). Loving and devoted father of James (Darla), and Karen (Peter). Cherished Grampaman of Martha, Jimmy; Micah, and Hannah. Dear brother of Pete (Diane), Doug Back (Ursula), Trish Floros (Steve), and brother-in-law to Peter, Wayne (Laurie), Audrey (Sam), and Lynn. Remembered lovingly by his nieces and nephews: Michael, James, Kelly, Ed, Robyn, Laurel, Gregory, Brent, Wyatt, Nicole and Kristy. Son of the late John Hobday and Muriel Epworth.
He will also be missed by many friends, fellow Masons, colleagues and his dog Jack.
Terry was an historian, traveler and hunter.
One of the joys of his life was sitting with family and friends at the cottage along the Burnt River.
