1949-2021
Peacefully at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Tuesday,
February 16, 2021 of Ivan Bernard of Scotchfort, age 71 years. Beloved
husband of the late Elaine Doyle (nee Sock) and dear father of Shannon
Labobe, Michael (Diane) Bernard and Gordon (April) Bernard. Also
survived by six loving grandchildren and four great
grandchildren.
He was predeceased by his sisters Cecelia Labobe, Hazel Peter
Paul, Olga Peters and brothers George, Sterling, Freeman, Lee, John
Henry and Richard Bernard.
Due to current restrictions, a private visitation will be
held at the home of his daughter, 3 Kitpu St.,
Scotchfort.
The Funeral Mass will be held at St. Bonaventure Church,
Tracadie Cross (invitation only). Interment to take place later in the
parish cemetery.
Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Hennessey
Cutcliffe Charlottetown Funeral Home. Online condolences may be made
