Ella Venice Harris of Sherwood Park, AB was born on April 20, 1921 at Glenwood, AB to Wilhelm and Ella Dora Sommerfeldt; she passed away at her home with her family at her side on February 16, 2021 at the age of 99 years.
She is lovingly remembered by her children Gary (Wendy) Harris and Ramona Woodruff; grandchildren Gabriel (Nicole) Harris, Benjamin (Lindsay) Harris, Justin (Jessica) Woodruff, Heidi (Chris) Fisher, Phillip (Lisa) Woodruff, Christie (Thayer) Jones, Mark (Christina) Woodruff, Gregory (Ashley) Woodruff, Desiree (Matthew) Kastendieck, Emily (James) Jaffray, and Ryan (Paula) Harris; as well as 32 great grandchildren; two sisters Elna Hall and Joy Chatterton.
She was predeceased by her son Keith and son-in-law Owen Woodruff.
Due to the covid19 restrictions a private family service will be held. Interment will take place at the Tofield Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made directly to the Humanitarian Aid Fund of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.
