Obituary of Joyce Scheuneman
SCHEUNEMAN, E. Joyce – it is with heavy hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of Joyce Scheuneman (nee Bailey) in her 88th year, gone to be with her Lord on Saturday, January 30, 2021.
Predeceased by her husband Robert and her parents Archie & Laura Bailey (nee Chevrier). Joyce was also predeceased by her siblings Gloria, Brian, Alvin, Wayne & Eldon. Joyce will be lovingly remembered by her only son Dana and grandchildren Jessica and Derek, all of Windsor, as well as her extended family and friends.
Joyce was a loving, kind, devout Christian soul, whose door was always open to family and friends, always willing to lend a helping hand, known as aunty Joyce to many who walked through it. Joyce had many loves, which included baking, gardening, arts & crafts and feeding her wild menagerie of birds and critters. She will be sorely missed by all those whose lives she touched.
Cremation has taken place. A celebration of her life and interment of ashes will take place at Zion Lutheran Cemetery in Pembroke at a later date. Arrangements entrusted to Malcolm, Deavitt & Binhammer Funeral Home, Pembroke. In Joyce’s memory, donations to Diabetes Canada or the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be greatly appreciated. Online condolences/donations are available at www.mdbfuneralhome.com
