Kozak, Thomas Francis
Peacefully at the Prescott Russell Residence, Hawkesbury, Ontario on Friday. February 5,2021, Tom Kozak of Vankleek Hill, Ontario formerly of Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario passed away at the age of 71. Predeceased by his parents Tom and Loretta Kozak. Loving and caring husband of Donna (nee Boissoneau). Dear brother of Daniel (Linda), Dale (Karen), Graham (Roberta) and Mona Kozak. Very special brother-in-law of Denise Engelage (John), Darlene Seimers (Mike), Danielle Young (Blair), Donald Boissoneau (Michelle), Dina Seabrook (Paul) and Derinda Lannigan (Tom). Predeceased by his sister-in-law Diana Jamieson (Alan) and his brothers-in-law Danny Boissoneau (Doreen) and Derrick Boissoneau (Joanne). Sadly missed by his many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
Due to the current circumstances a Private Family Mass of Christian Funeral will be held at St. Jude’s Catholic Church, Hawkesbury, Ontario on Wednesday, February 10, 2021. Interment will be held in the spring at St Grégoire Catholic Cemetery, Vankleek Hill, Ontario.
