Obituary of Emma Wooldridge
(Retired-Registered Nurse)
The family of Mrs. Emma Wooldridge are saddened to announce her peaceful passing at the Grove Nursing Home in Arnprior, Monday February 1st, 2021 after a long struggle with Alzheimer’s disease. Predeceased by husband Thomas E. Wooldridge. Devoted mother of Thomas Wooldridge (Maureen) of Kingston, Patricia Bishop (late William) of Thunder Bay, Sandra Roe (Brian) of Kingston and Michael Wooldridge (Cassieanne) of Renfrew. Forever loved by her many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren. Dear sister of Madeleine McLaren (late Robert) and Joyce Roe (late John). Predeceased by sisters; Yvette McLellan (George), Irene Maxwell (late Brent), Elaine Redmond (late Dwight) and brother Edmond Kingsbury (late Elaine). Remembered fondly by special nephew Harry Wooldridge. Emma took great pride and was delighted when she received her nursing degree later in life. She will be missed dearly by her family; they can be happy in the knowledge that her and Thomas have been reunited again. Emma’s arrangements have been entrusted to the Boyce Funeral Home Ltd., 138 Daniel Street North, Arnprior where a private family Liturgy of the Word Service will be held Monday February 8, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. in the Boyce Chapel. Interment Arnprior Malloch Road Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, a donation may be made to the Bernadette McCann House in Pembroke or to your local women’s shelter.
