Emile Daigle
1946-2021
Emile Daigle, 75, of Richiboucto, passed away peacefully at the
Stella-Maris-de-Kent Hospital, on Thursday December 23, 2021. He was
married to Emelda (LeBlanc) Daigle. Born in Richiboucto-Village, he
was the son of the late Vital and the late Marie (Robichaud)
Daigle.
Emile was a member of the Saint-Jean Ambulance, the Lions Club and the
Bouctouche Volunteer Fire Department for numerous years.
He will be sadly missed by his wife, Emelda, his step-children;
Monique Caissie (Gerald) of Bouctouche, Bernadette Martin (Dwayne) of
Saint-Louis, Eloi Martin (Rachelle) of Sainte-Anne-de-Kent, his
step-grandchildren; Michel, Christopher, Brittany, Dominic, Jessy,
Jada and Austin and one great step-granddaughter, Malia. He also
leaves to mourn his sisters; Doris Daigle of Dieppe, Huberte Donnelle
(Maurice) of Caissie Cape, his brothers; Roger (Oliva), Donald, both
of Bouctouche and several nieces and nephews.
Emile was predeceased by three brothers; Yvon, Ben and Jean-Paul.
Visitations will be held at the Maillet Funeral Home, 29 rue de
l’Eglise, Bouctouche, on Wednesday December 29, 2021 from 1 to
2:30pm. The Funeral Mass will be held in the Saint-Jean-Baptiste
Church, Bouctouche, on Wednesday December 29 at 3:00pm.
PROOF OF VACCINATION, ID AND FACE MASK ARE MANDATORY AT THE FUNERAL
HOME AND CHURCH AS PER PUBLIC HEALTH GUIDELINES.
In Emile’s memory a donation can be made to the family.
Funeral arrangements are in the professional care of Maillet Funeral
Home, Bouctouche.
