On December 20, 2021, Mr. Eric “Taboo” Labrie of St. Paul passed away at the age of 67 years. He is survived by his loving wife of 11 years, Margaret; children, Melanie (Jon) Best of Bonnyville, Amanda (Phil) Amyotte of Mallaig & Brent (Lana) of St. Paul; step-children, Sarah Teasdale (Drew) & Ryan Teasdale; 11 grandchildren, Karisa (Justin), Jaydon, Morris, Rémi, Daxon, Alyvia, Anabelle, Alexa, Trish, Autumn & Tucker; 2 great-grandchildren, Jack & Teddy; siblings, Claude, Leo (Marlene), Real (Lorraine), Lucette (Brian), Colette & Rhea (Calvin); numerous nieces, nephews & a multitude of friends. Eric was predeceased by his first wife, Christine; parents, Clarence & Simone; father- & mother-in-law, Alex & Eva Yakomowich; great-granddaughter, Mieya Fortier. Private Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Paul Cathedral, St. Paul with Reverend Father Gerard Gauthier as the celebrant. Eric will be laid to rest with his first wife, Christine in St. Edouard Roman Catholic Cemetery, St. Edouard.
