RINKER, Jinny Ellen (nee Horton)
It is with broken hearts that we announce the passing of our beautiful mother Jinny.
Jinny passed away peacefully with her loving family by her side on Saturday December 18th 2021 at the age of 74.
She will be deeply missed by her daughter Jennifer Rinker and her husband Ted Rienzo, and her son Ryan Rinker, along with her brother Mark Horton (Bitsy), her sister Wendy (Paul), sister in law Ann Bartlett and all of her cousins (that are more like sisters), friends (that are more like sistahs), nieces and nephews. She will be welcomed in to heaven with open arms by her son David, her sister Suzanne, along with her parents Madeline and David Horton.
Jinny was a loyal and proud employee of the Royal Bank for 56 years. Most of which she worked in the Fenwick branch, where she made life long friends with coworkers and customers alike. Her later years with the bank were spent in Fonthill, where many people from Fenwick joined her and she was able to make many new friends as well. Jinny’s happiest moments in life were time spent in her beautiful home, where her great taste shines through everywhere you look. She especially loved spending all of her time with her children and family, just sitting around the dining room table talking and laughing. May we all never forget her infectious laugh.
Friends will be received by the family on Tuesday, December 28th from 2-4 & 6-8 pm. The funeral service will take place on Friday, December 31st at the PELHAM FUNERAL HOME, 1292 Pelham Street, Fonthill beginning at 11:00 am. Interment will follow at North Pelham Cemetery. Please phone the Funeral Home at 905-892-5762 to reserve a seat, masks are required to be worn.
