Wayne’s Obituary
NEW GLASGOW – Wayne Harold John Leggett, 72, New Glasgow, passed away Monday, December 20, 2021, in the Aberdeen Hospital, New Glasgow.
Born in Toronto, he was a son of the late Robert Walter and Theresa Cardina (Ciupa) Leggett. Wayne taught at the former New Glasgow High School for many years. He possessed a quirky sense of humour, devotion to integrity and always put others first.
Surviving are his daughter, Julie, New Glasgow; son, Matthew (Kelly) and their son, Grayson and daughter, Sawyer, Sheet Harbour; partner, Janice, New Glasgow.
A private celebration of Wayne’s life will be held in P. & K. MacDonald Funeral Home Chapel, New Glasgow.
Donations may be made in memory of Wayne to Aberdeen Health Foundation Palliative Care Endowment.
