Passed away at McNally House Hospice, on Monday, December 6, 2021, in his 76th year. Beloved husband of Mary (nee Botelho) for over 51 years. Loved father of Robert Cardoso, Mark Cardoso (Sherrie) and Anna Warner (Bradley). Cherished grandfather of Jasmine, Clara, Douglas and Ella. Dear brother of Zoraide Casimiro (late Manuel) and brother-in-law of Melquisedeque Botelho (Maria de Lourdes). Uncle of Jose Manuel Casimiro (Sue) and Fernando Casimiro (Susie) and their families. Visitation at St. Joseph’s Roman Catholic Church, 135 Livingston Avenue, Grimsby on Thursday, December 9, 2021, from 4-9 p.m. with Prayer Vigil at 6 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at the church on Friday, December 10, 2021 at 11:30 a.m. Interment to follow at Queen’s Lawn Cemetery. Please RSVP in advance for the visitation and funeral mass or by calling the Funeral Home. If desired, memorial contributions to McNally House Hospice, Canadian Cancer Society or St. Joseph’s Church would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
