Jane Foley
1951-2021
It is with tremendous sadness
that we announce the passing of a beloved wife, mother, grandmother,
sister, aunt and friend. Surrounded by her loving family, Jane Ann
Foley (Dreaddy), passed peacefully away at Placentia Hospital on
January 26, 2021, after a courageous and inspiring battle with cancer.
Predeceased by her parents,
John and Isabella Dreaddy, sisters-in-law Rosemary Dreaddy and Sis
Griffin, brothers-in-law Peter Duke and Hank Meyers, parents-in-law
John and Rose Foley, and brother-in-law John Foley. Left
with loving and cherished memories are her devoted husband of 48 years
Terry; four adoring and dedicated daughters Nicole (Craig), Krista
(Jason), Erin (Mike), Megan (Richard); her precious grandchildren,
whom she treasured: Liam, Jake, Gracie, Ryan, Megan, Joshua and
Nicholas. Also leaving to mourn her sisters, Madonna (Kenny), Jeannie
(Brian), Veronica (Patrick), Mary (Con), Francis and Cecilia; brothers
Joe (Christine), Harold (Nancy), Jack, Dick, Jim and Mike (Mollie);
sisters-in-law Rose (Wayne), Ellen (Don) and Elizabeth (David);
brothers-in-law Brian (Lori), Rick (Sandra), Mike (Marcia), Kevin
(Janice); and a large circle of nieces, nephews, relatives and
friends.
Special thanks to the doctors and nurses at
Placentia Hospital for their kindness and compassion to mom. The
family would also like to thank those who helped in any way during the
past year; we are truly grateful. A sincere thank you to Aunt Ellen,
Aunt Rose, special friend Jim Pittman, and her best friend and sister,
Jeannie, for their continued support and presence to mom and dad. Mom
can rest peacefully knowing her nurturing spirit and love for family
will forever live on in the hearts of those she knew and
loved.
Funeral arrangements entrusted to
Maher’s Funeral Home, Placentia. Visitation to take place on Friday,
January 29th, from 1pm to
8pm.
Due to the ongoing COVID-19 Public Health
Emergency, visitation is permitted with
restrictions. The maximum number of
people permitted in the visitation room at one time is 20
people. All visitors must sign in and
sign out for contact tracing purposes, and masks must be worn at all
times. Hand sanitizer will be provided and is to be used
upon entering and exiting the building. Please visit

Mass of Christian Burial to take
place 10:30am on Saturday, January 30th, at Sacred Heart Church,
Placentia. Inurnment to follow at Dermot McGettigan Memorial
Cemetery, Southeast
Placentia.
