Stephen “Sheldon” Augustine
1974-2021
ELSIPOGTOG, NB – Sheldon Augustine 47, of
Elsipogtog passed away suddenly in Elsipogtog on Wednesday, December
1, 2021. Born in Ste. Anne de Kent, he was the son of the
late Frank Paul and Mary “Lorraine”
Augustine.
Sheldon will be sadly missed by his mother, Lorraine
Augustine; two daughters, Sammi-Jo Levi (Shawndra), Shelbi Levi; one
son, Warleigh Levi (Tirra) and one grandson, Leo all of
Elsipogtog.
He is also survived by one sister, Lorraina Sanipass; two
brothers, Chief Aaron Sock (Natasha), Joseph Daniel Jr. Sanipass, Chum
Augustine (Kayla) all of Elsipogtog; Godparents, Stephen J. Augustine
(Arlette) of Mira Gut, Cape Breton, Elizabeth Augustine of Elsipogtog;
sister/aunts, Rosie, Sandra; brother/uncles, Stephen, Patrick Joseph
Jr., Nelson, Karl Wayne, Basil John and many nieces, nephews and
cousins.
He was predeceased by his father, Frank Paul; one sister,
Tiffany Rose Sanipass; maternal grandparents, Rita (Simon) Augustine
and Patrick Joseph Sr. Augustine “Joe Pat” and one
brother/uncle, Joe Edmond.
Visitation will be held at 311 Levi Street, Elsipogtog
beginning on Monday at 2:00 pm until time of the funeral. A
Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, December 8, 2021 at 2:00
pm at St. Anne’s Roman Catholic Church in
Elsipogtog.
Arrangements are in the professional care of
Thompson’s Funeral Home in Richibucto
(523-4252).
