CORNELL, Jerry Henry Sr. Passed away at the Woodstock Hospital on Thursday December 2, 2021. Jerry Sr. Cornell formerly of Oxford Centre in his 83rd year. Beloved husband of the late Joan L. Cornell (nee Murray) (2020). Loving father of Pamela (Rene) Dumas, Wendy (Jim) Knudsen, and Jerry (Barb) Cornell. Cherished grandfather of Lisa, Monica (Maitland) Wright, Ross (Marita) Durston, Tina (Rick) Seguin, Jerry (Sharrie) Burrell, Chad, Emma, Robbie, Sarah (Jeff) McKinley, Lindsay, Melissa and Steven. Proud great grandfather of 28 and great great grandfather of six. Predeceased by his daughter Linda Wadler, grandson Michael, great granddaughter Hope and brother Chuck Cornell . Jerry will be lovingly remembered by his many nieces, nephews, and extended family. Jerry was the founder of Cornell Fabricating in 1967. Guests are invited to visit with the family at the Brock and Visser Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock (519-539-0004 on Wednesday December 8th 2021 from 2-4 and 6-8 pm where the funeral service will be held in the chapel Thursday December 9th 2021 at 1:30 pm. If attending, guests must RSVP on the funeral home website. Interment at Oxford Memorial Park Cemetery. If desired, memorial contributions to the Woodstock Hospital Foundation or to the V.O.N.
