The family announces with great sorrow his passing in Sudbury on Sunday, November 28, 2021 at the age of 76 years. Son of the late Léger and the late Jacqueline (née Carrier) Vallières. Loving husband of Francine (née Daigle) Vallières. Loving father of Sylvain Vallières (Joanne), Nathalie Vallières. Cherished grandfather of Jenna Vallières (Richard Robillard), Maxim Parent (Talia Leduc) and Dylan Parent (Camille Lafrenière). Dear brother of Lise Vallières (Roger Cantin), André Vallières, Lilianne Vallières (Serge Labé), Raynald Vallières, Marie Vallières, Serge Vallières (feue Ginette Labrecque), Donald Vallières (feue Nicole Patry), Johanne Vallières (Gilles Savard) et Sylvie Paquette (Roland). Predeceased by his sister Aline Vallières (feu Marcel Martel) and his brother Yves Vallières. Sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. The family will receive relatives and friends at the Cooperative Funeral Home, 4691 R.R 15, Chelmsford on Saturday, December 4, 2021 from 11 to 3p.m. Funeral service will follow at 3 p.m. Due to the pandemic, there will be restrictions on the number of attendees. Wearing of masks and social distancing will be required. Donations in his memory can be made to Cystic Fibrosis Canada. www.cooperaitvefuneralhome.ca
