Passed away peacefully, with his family by his side, at the Wellington House, Prescott on Sunday, November 21, 2021 at the age of 79 years. Roger will be lovingly remembered by his wife Barbara Birtch and by his children Mark Birtch (Julie), Paul Birtch (Deborah) and Mary (Larry Harper). He will be greatly missed by his 9 grandchildren Rebecca, Courtney, Joshua, Rachel, Brooklyn, Hilary, Hope, Elizabeth, and Andrew.
A private family graveside service will be held at the Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Maitland.
Memorial donations to the Alzheimer Society Lanark, Leeds and Grenville would be gratefully acknowledged.
