It is with great sadness that the family of the late Albert E. Brown announce his passing at Labrador Health Centre at the age of 72 years. Left to mourn with fond and loving memories are his wife of 50 years, Eugenia Brown; Children: Donna (Ian), Colleen (Noel) and Nelson (Marian); grandchildren: Michelle, Jessica, Nicole, Vanessa, Danika, Tianna, Grant and Eric; great-grandchildren: Wyatt, Jesse, Zachary, Liam, David, Benjamin, and Madelyn. Also left with cherished and fond loving memories is his brother Frank Brown Sr., as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Albert was predeceased by his parents Murrell and Helen Brown; brothers: Nelson, Jack, and Herbert; and sisters: Alice, Edith, Mary, Joyce, and Sarah.
Friends and family may visit Fillatre’s Funeral Home, 45 Aspen Drive, on November 21, 2021, from the hours of 7-9. In keeping with COVID-19 regulations, vaccine passports and masks are mandatory for the visitation.
There will be a funeral service held on November 22, 2021, at 2p.m. at St. Andrew’s Anglican Church with Reverend Amber officiating. Interment to follow at the Anglican Cemetery, Happy Valley-Goose Bay.
As expressions of sympathy, flowers graciously accepted, or donations may be made to the family.
Special thanks to the staff at Labrador Health Centre, and our sister-in-law Marian who has tirelessly been by dad’s side and has been a rock for our entire family.
