Patriquin, Jack Karl – The family would like to recognize the peaceful passing of Jack Karl Patriquin, on November 13, 2021. He is survived by his wife, Jennie; daughters, Tracy Reitsma and Krista Hiltz; brothers, Robert and Kyle; and sister, Charlotte Osborne. He was predeceased by his parents, Kenneth and Jessie; daughter, Samantha Doucette; and granddaughter, Patricia Fleming. Jack’s family will commemorate privately.
